Critics Disagree with Woman’s TikTok Video on Leaving First Date Over $3 Cheese

The woman, known only as Dafna, recorded her reaction as she left the restaurant and uploaded it to TikTok, where it went viral. While some people supported Dafna’s decision to end the date early, many others disagreed, calling her out for being “money-centric” and not giving the man a chance.

One user commented, “She should show the frugal fellow a bit of understanding given today’s economic woes. That seems extreme. Despite the backlash, Dafna and her date are reportedly set to go on a second date. In a follow-up video, Dafna disclosed that she, too, is “broke” and that she will not complain about money when she goes out on dates or to restaurants with friends. “I’m gonna enjoy myself and deal with it later,” she said.
